KMedley respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit kmedley.com and other webpages that link to this policy (the “website”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the KMedley website. It does not apply to the KMedley app or other KMedley products or services that may be governed by separate privacy notices.

We use Google Analytics for measurement and improvement of our website. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or retargeting.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve its usability. Clarity may collect information about interactions with the website, including page views, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, browser and device information and related usage information. Clarity may also use cookies or similar technologies to associate website interactions with a particular browser or session. KMedley uses Clarity for website analytics and user-experience improvement. We do not use Clarity to serve targeted advertisements.

Microsoft documents that Clarity uses identifiers and cookies to connect page views and generate analytics, and that it can also collect cookieless analytics when analytics storage is denied.

How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the website to:

  • operate and maintain the website;
  • respond to inquiries and requests;
  • communicate with people who have expressed interest in KMedley;
  • understand how visitors use the website;

KMedley currently offers its services to customers in the United States.
